A little bit of this, a little bit of that

Hi everyone!  These are just some odds and ends we have collected over the past few weeks, hope you enjoy.  We have had a special week of activity, we are the host congregation.  Traci was able to work with the district overseer's wife and Casey took the CO's wife on a study.  Today we have our pioneer meeting and this weekend is the assembly.  For awhile, it looked like we were going to have to clean the stadium at 12:00 am tomorrow morning but the event scheduled before ours was cancelled, so we are cleaning this afternoon.  Relief!  Service is really going well with all of us enjoying nice conversations and starting studies.

Ciao Ciao!!

Our new neighbor, looks like he's staying.

  1. How beautiful the foliage is! What is the big red one shown in tree and on ground? Do you eat them?

    1. Aren't they cool! They are actually tiny...about 1 inch across...so cute! I can't remember what they are called but I'll ask again. You do eat them, the whole thing. Don't have to peel them or anything and they say they are delicious...kinda sweet/tart. The long green ones are called pachai ( or something like that, the sister didn't know how to spell it) and are really good! Fluffy sweet flesh. She just asked these people who had them growing in their yard if we could try some and they gave us a bunch!
